From savory dumplings and soups to sweet snacks and desserts, the street food scene in Taiwan is a foodie's paradise. 

We will take you on a culinary journey from the perspective of local food enthusiasts, allowing you to savor a wide variety of authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Please save room and joining us for the food adventure.

Day 1

Arrival

- After you claim your luggage and walk out of the arrival hall, our guide will greet you by holding a sign with your name at the airport and take you to your hotel.

- The guide will ensure you're settled in your room and answer all your concerns or questions before making arrangements for your next day pick-up.

Day 2

Taipei Cooking Class

- In the morning, it would be a great way to begin the food tour by participating in a cooking class. Prior to the start of the cooking class, you will be taken on a guided tour through a historic traditional market. Afterward, you will return to the classroom and learn how to prepare three signature dishes: Xiao Long Bao, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and Bubble Milk Tea.

- Yangmingshan is a popular destination for nature lovers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The mountain range features a network of hiking trails that range from easy walks to more challenging treks that lead to peaks with breathtaking panoramic views. In addition to its natural beauty, Yangmingshan is also home to several cultural and historical sites, such as the Yangmingshan National Park, the Lengshuikeng Hot Springs, and the Xiaoyoukeng scenic area.

- Danshui Old Street is known for its traditional architecture, street food, and souvenir shops. You can stroll down the pedestrian street and explore the various shops and food stalls, which offer a variety of local delicacies, such as iron eggs, fish crackers, and stinky tofu.

Day 3

Taichung

- Hakka Lei Cha DIY activity is a fun and interactive way to learn about this traditional Hakka dish and make it yourself. The activity usually starts with a brief introduction to the history and culture of Hakka Lei Cha, followed by a demonstration of how to prepare the tea soup and ingredients. Participants are then provided with all the necessary ingredients and tools to make their own bowl of Hakka Lei Cha.

- Taichung has always been a battleground for many upscale restaurants. In addition to its impressive decoration, the cuisine is also top-notch. We recommend trying the most popular BBQ or Shabu Shaub for a truly satisfying dining experience.

Day 4 

Tainan

- Hinoki Village is known for its stunning natural scenery, traditional architecture, and rich cultural heritage. One of the highlights of Hinoki Village is its collection of traditional Japanese-style buildings, which were originally built during the Japanese colonial period and have been carefully preserved and restored over the years.

- We highly recommend you try Lin Congming's Sandpot Fish Head, which caught the attention of the Netflix team and was featured in the documentary series "Street Food: Asia." As a result, it gained immense popularity worldwide. It keeps the taste of southern Taiwanese dishes, applies high-classed ingredients and simmers withcare. The unique flavor turns out popular in Chiayi area due to its high quality.
 
- Tainan is a city located in southern Taiwan and is known for its rich history and cultural heritage. As Taiwan's oldest city, Tainan boasts a wealth of historical sites, including temples, forts, and museums, as well as a variety of delicious local cuisine.

Day 5

- Ten Drum Cultural Center is dedicated to promoting traditional Taiwanese percussion music and culture through a variety of performances, exhibits, and workshops. You can enjoy a variety of performances, including traditional drumming shows, dance performances, and multimedia productions that showcase the beauty and diversity of Taiwanese culture.

- When it comes to a food paradise in Taiwan that is least likely to disappoint, none can rival "Tainan." Whether it's the fresh and savory beef soup, crispy and juicy fried chicken, aromatic and flavorful salt and pepper chicken, popular breakfast savory porridge, or traditional bowl rice cakes and sticky rice, they are all must-try delicacies in Tainan!

Day 6

Kaohsiung Aboriginal Food

- The Pingtung Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park is a unique and educational cultural destination located in southern Taiwan. You can explore traditional indigenous houses and learn about the different tribes that call Taiwan home. They can also see traditional handicrafts being made by local artisans, such as weaving, pottery, and beadwork. The park also hosts various performances, such as dance and music shows that highlight the unique traditional customs and lifestyles of Taiwan's indigenous peoples.

- Kabalelradhane tribe is a unique indigenous village located in the mountainous region of Pingtung, Taiwan. The village is home to the Paiwan tribe, one of Taiwan's indigenous groups with a rich cultural heritage. 


- Wutai Township is primarily inhabited by the indigenous Rukai tribe, and it is rich in indigenous culture and charm. You can enjoy a variety of indigenous-inspired specialty dishes and snacks. Among them, the most famous Wutai delicacy is undoubtedly the "Shenshan Aiyu Jelly and Millet Donut."

Day 7

Back To Taipei By HSR

- After visiting the Buddha Memorial Hall, we can arrange a guided tour with an English-speaking master who can provide a more in-depth explanation of Buddhism if you are interested. There are also some excellent vegetarian restaurants in the vicinity that you should definitely try.

- Dragon and Tiger pagodas were completed in 1976 and are connected to the Ciji Temple which dates back to 1719. Remember to enter the dragon and exit the tiger, so that your bad luck can be turned into good fortune.

- We will arrange transportation for you to the Kaohsiung High-Speed Rail station, where you can relax and experience the high-speed journey at 300 km/h to Taipei Main Station.
